STACEY O'NEILL
'I have always loved and been inspired by the art of indigenous peoples and those who walk close to the earth'
Stacey lives in Wellington New Zealand and has been painting full time from her home studio surrounded by bush and sea, for the past fifteen years. The beauty of this earth inspires many of her paintings.
For many years she has painted murals (both in public and private spaces), many of which have been in hospitals, medical centres and healing centres in NZ, Australia and Easter Island. She has found it very rewarding to see the effect of art on the healing process.
Her work is sold in various galleries in NZ and she has sold work internationally to Japan, Asia, Europe, America, Australia and UK. Stacey also accepts commissioned work.
She has 18 paintings published as cards by Live Wires NZ and some of her paintings have been released as limited edition prints.
Stacey usually paints with acrylic on canvas but also uses air brush techniques, collage and various forms of mixed media.
It is her wish that you receive as much pleasure from her work as she does in creating it.
